Machine Details:

The FOEHN machine is a drying oven to air vortex. It is used mainly for the drying of leather or similar details, colored or glued for which it is necessary to reduce the drying times without compromising the quality and characteristics of the products used. It can also be used to soften the artifacts assembled by means of stitching, allowing to very easily turning. It is equipped withan opening used for the loading and unloading of the pieces. The opening is of a width of 80cm to 60cm in height. You can activate the fan producing an air knife, in front of the opening, and are used to contain the heat inside the oven and
to isolate the operator from the escape of hot air.
The machine is equipped with a container of distilled water, the goal is to maintain the moist air heated inside the oven. In the container a level sensor warns you when you have reached the
minimum

Machine Description:

Machine model Mistral is a vortex-air drier oven. It is used for drying leather articles which need to be dyed or glued and for which drying time needs to be shortened without compromising the quality and characteristics of the product. This machine is also used for softening materials and improving manoeuverability of pre-assembled articles such as bags etc... It is equipped with two opposite window openings for loading and unloading pieces. The windows are 80cm wide by 60cm high. The drier oven is equipped with two flat trays to externally load the parts to be dried. The oven has two operational methods; with trays for working on small leather pieces or without trays to allow the introduction of pre-assembled bags or cases of various sizes. By activating special fans which produce a blade-like air jet up towards both windows, the heat inside the oven will be retained and the operator protected from any hot air emission

Machine Description:

The VULCAN is a dryer/ reactivator oven with air vortex. It comes mostlyused in two ways:

a) to reactivation of parts previously glue;

b) to drying of details in skin or similar, colored or glue for which it is necessary to
reduce the times of drying without to prejudice the quality and the
characteristics of the used products.

It can be used also in order to soften the articles assembled for means of seam, allowing to turn again they with extreme facility. The cargo window can be close from a curtain rolled up flowing in vertical sense, allows to catch up the maximum temperatures in a short time, reducing a lot the power consumption electrical worker.

Can be activated special fans that produce a air blade, in front of the opening, than servants in order to inside contain the heat of the furnace and to isolate the operator from the warm air emission.

WORKINGCHARACTERISTICS
The capacity of the furnace is: 184x100x height 67cm. The dimensions of the three undercarriages are: width 61cm; depth 96 cm. The flat trais can be united between they for means of 2 slabs. The flat trais can go outside of 70 cm.

The temperature inside of the furnace can be programmed to a maximum of 98C°.
