SUPERGIOTTO

Machine Description:

Machine model SUPER GIOTTO is mainly used for the vertical and horizontal dyeing of small leather goods which have either straight or curved shapes, such as those on eyeholes etc. This machines has three different operational modes:

1) On the left-hand side of the machine with a belt system of 10mm diameter. This allows dyeing of flat-edged features and regular shapes to a minimum internal radius of 15mm.

2) A front position where the dye-set is multi-functional and can receive dye rollers of a very small dimension- to a minimum of 2.5 mm. On this part of the machine the operator will be able to dye any small features such as eyeholes and perforations. The dye is fed by a special instrument that is
controlled by means of a pneumatic pedal.

3) On the right, dyeing is carried out by means of a shaped roller with rounded contours.

4) The color dosage instrument, which will be removed from its' housing, by loosening the knob, can be used, simply by substituting the nozzle with another, standard one or a custom-made one in order to color both internal or external pre-assembled features.

The machine has variable speeds to adapt to any roller diameter or to the difficulties of any intricate work being performed. Cleaning of the set and its' tray (left & right), are carried out rapidly and easily, simply by loosening the orange lever by a half turn, extracting the whole part and rinsing it under running water. The
set situated on the left is cleaned by loosening the knob which blocks theroller and rinsing it under running water.
