Machine Details:
The GIOTTO dyeing machine is used prevalently for the vertical dyeing of small and mid sized leather goods presenting straight or curved shapes, with the capability of also dyeing pieces featuring very small internal curves, such as buttonholes, etc. This machine can be employed in three different modes: 1) from the left side of the machine wiht the belt system of 10mmdiameter. This allows dyeing all sorts of pieces and details with regular shapes up to a minimum internal radius of 15mm. 2) from the right side the dyeing group is multi-functional and can mount dyeing rollers of very small diameters to a minimum of 2.5mm. This area can dye any type of piece or detail, even buttonholes and perforations. For this group, the dye is fed by a special unit that is controlled by a pneumaticpedal. During the dyeing operation, the pedal is pressed to allow the dye to be dispensed directly onto the roller and in the desired quantity. 3) The dye dosage unit, which is removed from its housing by unfastening the knob which attaches it, can also be employed to dye both the inside and outside of already assembled pieces or for retouching, simply by replacing the nozzle with another standard model or one that is custom made. The machine features variable speed, so as to adapt to any roller diameter employed, or to the difficulties of the work being performed.
Cleaning operations on the group and its tray (left side) are carried out quickly and easily, simply by loosening the orange lever by half a turn, extracting the entire group and rinsing it out with running water. The washing on the right is executed moving the special stopper to the water container and leaving to slide the same one rinsing all the distance of the color.

Universal dyeing machine GOYA is used for the dyeing of edges of whichever shape and dimension. The structure allows to colour also
inner edges
, like buttonholes pierced etc. The dye comes dosed on the tool with an appropriate valve to control of the drop.
The variable speed concurs to adapt the dyeing to the requirements of the job to execute. While it is executed the dyeing has complete the visual one on the colourful zone. The tools are interchanging and can upon request be supplied with throats of the customer. Being the sealed dye perfectly in the tank and the zone of job, not there are risks that dry. The small beak from which the colour exits can be modified the own requirements.

The machine mod. LS02-S is constructed to satisfy the recurrent to burnish leather edges or combined, already coloured, by warm tools. Her use, is very easyand immediate. It provide 3 side of work; two in verticalway with universal utile made for every tape of edge; and one in horizontal position with settled support. The tools can be made by the burnishing channel, second the custom requirement. The tools temperature is controlled by a feeler, directly on heating easing, it earns perfectly that registered on the thermoregulatory.
The tools can be disconnected if not utilised.

Machine Description LS04:
This machine mod. LS04 is a bench machine, used to burnish leather edges or similar materials which have already been dyed by means of heated tools. It is straight forward and simple to use. This machine has 1 work station with a universal tool for burnishing any type of edge. The tool temperature is controlled by a probe, situated directly inside the heater tool body and therefore maintains the temperature set on the thermoregulator which can rise well over 300°C.
